The company says that the Volvo C70 will look to establish a combo between both the style factor and power element. The car is being given birth in partnership with Pinnafarina of Italy.

The Volvo C70 will come in both the fuel variants with three petrol variants. They will be equipped with a 2.4, 2.4i, and T5 litre capacities while the two diesel variants will be a 2.0 and D5 across the world. On its Indian version the company has not yet clarified which variant is going to be introduced in India. The high-end T5 or D5 variant are expected.

The D5 is equipped with a 2.4-litre turbo-charged diesel engine that produces 177 bhp and impressive 350 Nm of torque.

 

The gear shifts are handled by the 5-speed manual, 5-speed Geartronic Automatic transmission and 6-speed manual based on the trim levels.  The cars set a high standard in terms of the good fuel economy and clean exhaust emissions.
