Tata Manza
The Tata Manza is a sedan version of the Indica Vista. The Indigo Manza is available in two engine variants, namely, the 1.4 L Safire petrol and the 1.3 L Quadrajet diesel. TheTata Manza, with its affordable pricing and high-tech features, pose good competition to the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Ford Fiesta, Ford Ikon, and Mahindra Renault Logan. The car is too big an offering for an entry-level sedan.
The 1.4 liter petrol motor produces 90 Bhp of peak power at 6000 rpm and 116 Nm of maximum torque at 4750 rpm. The 1.3 liter multijet engine produces 90 Bhp of power and 200 Nm of torque. Both the engines are mated to a 5 speed manual gear box. Fuel efficiency for the petrol is an ARAI certified 15.3 kmpl while the diesel provides a very good 18 kmpl.
The front bumper in the car features a big dam, with black finish and has round fog lights. Tata Manza is like any other sedan with the same elite looks, stylish interiors and superb exteriors defined with luxury. The car is an epitome of style, technology, comfort and extravagance and is total fun to drive on the roads.
Tata has improved its build quality with the Manza and dual-tone interiors of the car and well finished plastic parts and colors lend it an airy feel. Premium dual tone interiors and an exterior makeover gives the new Tata Manza a whole new 'swanky sedan' appeal. The Tata Manza has got fabulous seats which hug you in the right places and acres of leg room is a given for this improved Vista. The central console of the Tata Manza Elan provides fuel consumption and ongoing temperature information.
Out of both the fuel variants, the diesel gives a refined and comfortable ride with the petrol also not being too bad. The gearbox is precise but a bit bulky to use. The Steering gives you a decent feedback and is not overly light and is quite big for the driver to hold with confidence. Quality, finish and refinement are far superior to any other Tata product to date, leaving behind even the Vista. The Manza surely stands good even against the likes of the Linea.
The safety and security of the driver and the other occupants is secured with different safety and security features like Collapsible Steering, High Mount LED Stop Lamp, Child Lock on Rear Doors, Central Locking, Immobilizer, Remote Controlled Keyless Entry, ABS, Retractor, Pretensioners & Load Limiters on Front Seat Belts, Warning Buzzer for Driver Door Open with Key/ Headlamp/Tail Lamp ON, Dual Front SRS Airbags and Warning for Seat Belt not Fastened.

The new Tata Manza series has been priced at Rs 5.44 lakh for the entry level Aqua Safire petrol range and Rs 6.21 lakh for the Quadrajet diesel range (ex-showroom, Delhi). Overall the Tata Manza has the looks, comfort, features, power and service network which surely makes it a true value for money car.
