Tata Indica V2 is one of the most successful hatchbacks from Tata Motors in Indian market. Tata launched Tata Indica in 1998 and in 2003 the Company launched upgraded version of it and named it as Tata Indica V2. It is a four door and five seater (including driver) hatchback. It has a capacity to deliver 52.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm. Whereas the petrol version of Tata Indica V2 comes with 2 engine options i.e. 1.4Litre and 1.2Litre. The 1.4L is capable to churn out max power of 70 bhp at 4,800 rpm while the 1.2l engine produces 64.4 bhp at 5,000 rpm. All the variants come with 1405 cc of displacement along with the 5-speed manual transmission in Indian market.

The broad 14 inch alloy wheels looks sporty; it has got a new tail light cluster and rear bumper which makes the car even sportier. The aerodynamic design of the car allows air intake very freely. The smartly designed grille looks great having Tata’s logo right at the centre. It looks very similar to Tata Nano from the rear. The plastic wheel arcs have been removed to give cleaner look.
