What shall I Say? My knees shake at the sight of the Nissan GTR. For me, I have finally found the perfect car. It might not match up to the big boys like the Ferrari or the Lamorghini, but I still get a lot of eyeballs..


I bought one of these beasts in 2010 and it still is the wild animal it used to be. I would not change a thing. I love it.

I still rip this babe day in and day out and I do not remember the last time I spent much on Maintenance, except for the usual stuff. Yes, there has to be a catch and it is the that I wish it would get a better gas mileage, but what do who cares.

I am still getting over the hangover of my 2010 GT-R. Be it the quality, value for money or the all important performance, my love has it all. I also managed to get into the 2012 model. And looks like I might be in for a long over hang. The style is not much changed but for a deep lover like me the differences could easily be spotted:

the larger front grille, the continuously running LED daylights, 10 spoke rims to name a few. My interiors too have some nose jobs in the form of a better looking center stack with carbon fiber. The electronics are nothing short of sci-fi flick and come with a much better resolution display, Bluetooth streaming audio etc.

The interior trim has changed to darker accents. The Seats just keep me stuck to them for eternity with the highly comfortable lumbar support. But the change which stands out most to me is the improvement in ride quality.

Even on normal mode, the ride is smooth as butter through knife and surprisingly comfortable. The Steering sways the way I want to. Road noise is still a bit of an issue, but overall the cabin is quieter. The power has been upgraded to 530bhp and with a hefty 448 lb-ft of torque I just seemed to lose sight of the things around me. I was just whizzing .

The return of the launch control gives me a Formula1 satisfaction as I hit the 0-60 @ < 3sec..Vow Eikes .what was that I just hit?...Be careful when you step on that throttle..

With a bigger price tag equivalent to $90k, the GT-R now might be out of reach for most of its admirers, but sheerly for the thrill. I do not mind mortgaging my stuff..either Nissan GTR here..I come
