Nissan GTR

Nissan GTR photos

The Nissan GTR when launched fours year ago, it seemed that the car had everything going for it and there was no possible room for improvement. But Nissan not wanting to make the mistake of resting on its past laurels has come up with a car that is more powerful, more stylish and has more features for the Nissan GTR India 2012 model. The Nissan GTR photos reveal that the car is completely revamped with a bigger fascia and louvered corners. Nissan also has inset new LED running lights into the fascia. The Nissan GTR photos of the inside show that the car have a carbon fiber trim treatment for the upcoming model. However the back passengers’ seats are still far from being seat able.

Nissan GTR Specifications

The Nissan GTR Specifications has considerably improved on the aero dynamics for better air flow to the engine and brakes, while increasing down force by 10 percent. The coefficient of drag also goes from 0.27 to 0.26. The car is all wheel drive system and has a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, located in front of the rear axle for better weight distribution. The Nissan GTR Specifications with regard to the engine are nothing new. The Nissan GTR India still retains the same twin turbocharged 3.8-liter V-6 engine. On the power front the company has pepped up the turbo boost and made other modifications to increase horsepower from 485 to 530. Likewise, torque was increased from 434 pound-feet to 488 pound-feet. The huge 20 inch wheels also have added knurling for the 2012 model year to prevent the tires from slipping off during tight corners. The all-wheel-drive mode switch is not mentioned in the Nissan's press materials. The earlier cars had the switch on the left had a Snow mode, but now it reads Save. This kind of led us to think that you can set up a custom all-wheel-drive program and save it. Then there the enlarged exhaust pipes which have also helped increase power. As in the previous model year, paddle shifters on the steering wheel column let you shift the dual-clutch transmission.

Nissan GTR Price

The Nissan GTR Price would depend on the variants. Once you have decided your choice then you will have to take into account the shipping costs and import taxes in India that will give you a good idea of the full cost.  The Nissan GTR India launched in 2010 is priced at about 69823 US dollars which would translate into 3.4317802 million Indian rupees. The new Nissan GTR On road price is about 69,950 British pounds (incl 20%VAT) which is about 5.3079625 million Indian rupees. The Nissan GTR is still worth its money for it has outstanding performance at a competitive price. The standard ‘no extra cost’ specification list remains as strong as always with Premium Connect HDD satellite navigation, Bose stereo system, iPod™ connectivity, hard drive music storage, Bluetooth phone connection, 20” alloy wheels, run flat tyres, and individual climate control air conditioning. The company has already announced the 2012 Nissan GTR price will start from $89,950 which is roughly about 4.42101642 million Indian rupees when it goes on the roads in the United States early next year. So taking into considerations all these factors and its price in the other major auto markets the Nissan GTR Ex showroom Price Mumbai can be around Rs. 69, 00,000 - Rs. 72, 00,000 in the Indian market.
