Mercedes E Class is a luxury sedan for the German car maker Mercedes Benz. The Company is planning to display or introduce tiny luxury cars in Indian market. The company is intending to grab the small luxury car market including A and B segment. The price tag of these cars will be cheaper than the current models of Mercedes but expected to be higher than the normal small cars. The expected price tag of this car falls at Rs 18 to 20 lakh in Indian market.

The V6 common rail engine with a 2987cc takes only 8.4 seconds to touch 0-100 Kmph with a top speed of 250 kmph. Whereas the petrol variants of Mercedes E Class is equipped with 2.8-5.0 L V6-V8 petrol engines which is capable to churn out the maximum power of 272bhp and utmost torque of 355Nm@4500rpm.
