06-Dec-2011: The Ford Figo has already proved its worth by winning the Indian Car of the Year (ICOTY) 2011 which is considered as the country's top automotive award in the fiercely competitive and rapidly growing Indian market. The award is running for the seventh straight year now and considering that the awards are given to a new vehicle after comprehensive testing by a jury of automobile journalists in India is no mean feat by the Ford Figo. The Ford Figo has in fact brought back the lost glory for Ford India. The Figo has been raking in the moolah for the company for quite some time now with its continuous improvements. The latest version has the stereo player with Bluetooth on the EXI (O) variant while the ZXI variant gets a stereo with USB access and tilt steering. Dear Sir, My FORD figo 1.19 BSIV,Colorado RED colour,Diesel Verson car purchased in March 2010,from NCR FORD Faridabad,in the name of Chhabi Singhal. As usual two free service and thereafter all paid services at reguler interval being done from the same place. On last 24th April,2011,I took the car to the same place for a problems of engine heatup ,starting problem, missing, A C not working etc. On 30.4.2011,I took my car back against a bill payment of Rs.5435/-. Surprisingly,after 4-5 days of driving I observed all the same problems are there for which the vehicle was servised.Matter was informed to the lady asking for feed back data, who advice me to took the car back to them.On 12.5.2011 I met them again with my car when they told me to visit at their Delhi service station situated at Mohan Co-operative Estate, Mathura Road. In the main time I fell sick as I am already an asthama paceint of 64 year old. On 30 may 2011, I deposit my car (HR55 AM 3819) to Mathura Road Service station, and till date it is lying with them. On June 10, 2011 I mate Mr. J. Ranhanthan Iyer , General Manager, who also unable to confirm me any delivery date for the vehicle, since that some part has to come from Chennai. I would like to ask you, as a customer, how much more days I have to wait to get my vehicle. It is really painful. Please look into the matter and do your best. Regards, P.K.DAS

Hi, I own Ford Figo Titanium Petrol Silver color with black dashboard. Of-course there are/were so many reviews about the styling, design, features etc.. Then one can question, then why am I writing this review? Ans: Just want to share the friends about "Ownership''s real review" My review comments goes... Features: 1. Not really great..when it comes to power windows and single point of driver''s side control for windows, as rear doors are of normal windows (old styling)..Could be upgraded with power windows atleast on top-end. 2. No Tilt/Telescopic -- ofcourse i feel its of less/no use...often many of us don''t prefer to keep changing the steering position with indian road drivers mentally...though it is not wise... You can rest in the driver''s coupe leisurely and drive..the seats are dynamically well designed :-) 3. The AC is best in the class...Chills in secs... Handling: 1. As all of us are aware, that ford vehicles are known for it driving pleasure... the handling is so great.. 2. The rear visibility is absolutely great, and gives a wide view for safe drive. Interior design: 1. Could have improved the rear seat folding with 60:40 folding type, which currently needs a 100% folding for big cubic space. 60:40 could be a wise option :-) 2. Rest extra accessories like coat hangers, rear light, etc.. are not there ..and i don''t prefer to have it. Reliability: It simply obeys the driver''s command. Value for money: One can get some more hatchbacks with dual tone interiors, plushed interiors, etc,... which enhance the design & look and ofcourse cost more or compensate on some other facts... For me those comodities felt like looking for luxury. But as far concerned with the built-in quality..it is good. I personally don''t prefer for Maruti for a single reason of quality - whether it can be the quality of body, or dashboard plasticity, handling, etc.... Figo offered a good quality dashboard plasticity, great handling, great body build quality...Figo was really great and cool... Thanks for the time reading my review...
