The dashboard looks neat and the instrument cluster also looks good. The AC is very chilling and the cooling time is almost instant. The front and rear legroom is pretty decent. An average heighted will be comfortable sitting in the rear and the boot space is quite big. The Ford Fiesta offers a choice of two cutting-edge audio systems: an integrated single CD 1 Din Audio system or an in-dash 6 CD player (2 Din) with 6 speakers. Ford Fiesta is enriched with lots of luxury interior features, its attractive features are leather upholstery, a hydrographic finish, sliver trimming on AC vents and steering wheel, reading lights, climate control with a variable displacement AC compressor, a leather steering wheel and more. The New Ford Fiesta comes with Voice control and Bluetooth features which are excellent. 

Ford Fiesta Exteriors: Ford Fiesta looks is quite good and should appease the normal car buying people under this segment. The Ford Fiesta has a crisp, aerodynamically defined body .The Build quality is also very good and the car feels Muscular and Strong. When I had a look at the car I felt that the front is better looking than the rear. The new round fog lamps are placed high up in the bumper; right below the headlights further enhance the frontal look.  It has a host of exterior features that add to it visual aesthetics, some of which include twin jewel effect headlamps, integrated turn signal lamps in headlamps, chrome bezel on fog lamps, a radiator grille surround, outside rear view mirrors etc. Overall it has a shape of a classy midsize sedan, better looking than the rest in the class, but I feel the Aveo will be better in terms of looks compare to the Ford Fiesta.

Ford Fiesta Engine: Ford Fiesta is propelled by the powerful aluminum-alloy, 4 cylinders DOHC, 16 Valve, 1596cc, 1.6 litre Duratek engine, and this machine is designed to deliver maximum thrust. The Engine of the car gives  a maximum power of 101 Bhp @ 6500 rpm The Ford  Fiesta’s best in class acceleration will send you thumping from 0-100 kmph in a mere 11.43 seconds. All the petrol models provide the same Engine. Most impressive to me is the pickup of the vehicle and this was evident enough to me when I started the engine. The engine is quite responsive and has good acceleration. It is an easy to drive in the city and performs very well in the highway too.

Ford Fiesta Ride and Handling: The handling of Ford Fiesta is quite good and no vibrations were observed at high speeds. Driving dynamics of this car are very good, it has excellent stability, one can feel the easiness in making turn at relatively good speed and still the car is stable. It is really outstanding in this segment .One thing will everyone likes about this car is the smooth spring loaded gear shift; this is the one of the best in its class. The suspension of the car is good enough but I felt that in Optra the suspension is better than in Ford Fiesta. In short the car was rock sturdy throughout.

Ford Fiesta Safety Features: Safety is not an optional extra on the New Ford Fiesta. Drivers and passenger airbags provide calm reassurance, no matter what the road conditions are. Optimized steel strength in critical areas along with structural reinforcements ensures passengers and the driver are safe even in the unfortunate event of a collision from any side of the Ford Fiesta. ABS and EBD are standard on the SXI, giving you the assurance that when you want to stop, you will. Moreover, thoughtful features like anti submarine seats, fuel cut off in case of a collision and ELR (Emergency locking retractor), seatbelts that tighten when the car senses a collision, all contribute to keeping you safer than in any car in its class.

Ford Fiesta Fuel Efficiency: Ford Fiesta gives a mileage of around 11 kmpl when driving it in city and about 14 kmpl on Highways which is very decent.

Our Verdict: Although the Ford Fiesta has a very refined engine, good ride and handling and a superb mileage. But Ford should do little bit more makeover in it front and rear looks. Also Diesel version lacks top end performance. People who do not bother too much about expenses and need that extra punch in their car, this car is highly recommended and a better option than Hyundai Verna.

I bought my Ford Fiesta on 18th Oct 2007 and the car has just completed 2 years and 32,000 km. The car is simply amazing. It is very easy to drive in city traffic with excellent mileage close to 15kmpl. At highways also it never disappointed me and we touched the 173 kmpl mark. Handling at high speed is just amazing. Ford did a great work on engine side and it’s hard to believe that its diesel one. It’s very well refined. Although it’s a diesel car it’s gear and steering never vibrates. As most of the people having image of Ford that its maintenance is too much, but let me clear it. Maintenance cost is very nominal and you will end up paying 4000-5000 rupees in one service. The only bad thing is its interiors got bad with time and also I faced some suspension issues but it was fixed very quickly. If you follow these points you car maintenance will be very less – Service the car on time, don’t drive in rash way, use power fuel and if anything happened fixed it on time. Just bought Fiesta Exi Diesel. After researching almost for a month. Also considered Dzire, Logan & Fabia......but Fiesta was the final choice. Dzire is not so attractive, less inside space and a "Copy Cat" of Swift, nothing new. Logan is VFM, but not so stylish. Fabia is highly overpriced. So, heres the verdict.... An Excellent Vehicle. Very Stylist & eye catching. Pick up is great. Easily maneuverable & comfortable driving. Fuel Economy is 16+ in city with 50 % AC ON (First Servicing is yet to be done). Feels like a King on highways!!!! Cons: A bit expensive, cud be 60-70K less from current price. Very Less Ground Clearance must be cautious while driving on village & bumpy roads.
