Bentley Motors is a British automobile manufacturer and founded by Walter Owen Bentley in 1919 in London. The company started off producing rotary aero-engines during World War I. Bentley Motors was the subsidiary of Rolls-Royce between the years 1931 and 1998. It is now a member of Volkswagen group of Germany. The motto of the Bentley’s founder was to, “To build a good car, a fast car, and the best in class”. The brand stands now exactly what the founder was dreamt. Bentley Motors India officially imports its cars to Executive Motors Private Limited, located in New Delhi. The minimum price tag of this cars starts with one and half crores rupees.

Bentley Motors planning to debut eco-technology cars which are very necessary in today’s global warming situation. Bentley is trying to be a model for other manufacturing companies by introducing this system. The company plans to release more efficient engines for these cars and cut 15% of carbon dioxide emissions within the next four years. By 2011, the company plans to change all the Continental models into Flexible Fuel models. Bentley Motors also plans to launch the Bentley Mulsanne by November 2010 in India. The price tag of this car will be somewhere around 3 crore with a 6.7L V8 twin-turbocharged petrol engine.
