Documents required:

• Proof of residence
• 3 latest photos
• Proof of age

Form need to fill for Learner License:

• RTO form No. 1 – for physical fitness
• RTO form No. 1 A – Medical certificate
• RTO form No. 2 – Application for learning license
• RTO form no. 3 – For learner’s license

You have to appear for color blindness test and learner test. If you pass both the test then you will get the learner license.
But If you fail, then don’t worry you can reappear after 7 days.

Once you get the Learner license then after 30 days or before 180 days you can apply for permanent driving license.
For Permanent Driving License:

• You need to fill RTO form No. 4 – for permanent license
• Need to give driving test on vehicle (You have to bring your own Vehicle)
• If passed then Permanent driving license will be issued.
