Chevrolet Spark will be back with a renewed vigor to ignite the roads. The updated Chevy Spark should make its way into the market by the end of 2012. The new Spark will adopt styling cues first seen on the electric Spark showcased at the Auto Expo in 2010. The Chevrolet Spark is probably one of the cheapest hatchbacks next only to the Hyundai Eon and the Maruti Alto.

Chevrolet Sail is all set out roll out of the factories this June-July. The Chevrolet Sail comes with a 1.2-liter and 1.4-liter engines. The 1.2-liter engine delivers a best in class mileage of 5.7 L/100 km. With a starting price of Rs 7.51 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) it goes up to Rs 10.34 lakh for the top end model.

Chevrolet Tavera Neo3 will be available in BS3 compliant and BS IV compliant cities as well. The Tavera NEO3 BS3 version will be the entry level variant for India where the BS4 emission norms have yet to kick in.

Chevrolet Cruze will show its facelift avatar at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The exact avatar may not make it to India but over a period of time you can expect some styling cues to trickle down for a mid-cycle facelift. The Chevrolet Cruze competes with the likes of Honda Civic, Skoda Laura and Honda City.

Chevrolet Sail is speculated to be the successor of the Chevrolet Aveo. The Chevrolet Sail goes highly aggressive with the sharp front. If not for the logo of the company on the front grille the car would have been as bare as a desert. The newly awaited Sail is not much of an alien in terms of looks compared to the outgoing model. However one cannot expect the same treatment for the interiors which is expected to be quite different from the current version.

Chevrolet Spark, the electric variant car will be available in India by 2013. The car will be run by a high tech nanophosphate A123 system lithium ion battery. The car will compete against the likes of Nissan Leaf, Tata Nano Hybrid and Ford Focus etc and is expected to make its entry into many other countries as well.

Chevrolet Captiva is all set to create a triple dhamaka this diwali close on the heels of the just launched  Mahindra XUV500 and the yet to be launched Tata Merlin. This is the only SUV variant of Chevrolet in India.  As of now reports indicate that the estimated date of the launch is by the first week of October 2011, which marks the beginning of the festival season in the country. Chevrolet Beat Diesel is one of the most awaiting hatchbacks in India. The General Motors has decided to launch Chevrolet Beat Diesel on 27th July 2011. The Chevrolet Beat Diesel is expected to load with 1.0L TCDi SMARTECH diesel engines, which will have capacity to churn out the maximum power of 57@4000 rpm and peak torque of 150 Nm@1750 rpm. The Chevrolet Beat Diesel has got refined interior and exterior looks.

Chevrolet Beat Electrical Car – Indian government recently announced that it will give incentives on Electrical and Hybrid Cars. The new policy of the government is boosting car manufacturers to produce electric cars in India.
